Doctors and nurses were warm, friendly and not patronising! Receptionists are a bit slow to respond to people arriving at desk. My issues were dealt with quickly, efficiently and thoroughly.

This surgery is fabulous. Great staff, excellent care and very responsive. My only comment from my appointment yesterday is that it was cancelled due to staff illness but I didn’t get the message so turned up. I got two emails (which I hadn’t seen) but no text which would have been more helpful. Thanks and keep up the great work!

Linda is always cheerful, positive , gives good advice which is achievable since the first day I came to the practice to see if you would register me as a patient . Linda identified my HBP as a meds issue and I remain under the HBP radar ! My meds review covered current meds, are they working & my current state of health to the meds currently received .Linda always reads the notes b4 hand to be precise and works closely with Louise to assist me

I had a phone appointment, it came through at exactly the appointment time I’d been given. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to.

Although I’ve said extremely likely I don’t do it often as I don’t want it to get overwhelmed with so many patients it’s unable to give the superb service it always gives.

Fantastic care and always super efficient on the telephone, in reception, admin and at all levels of clinical care. I was visiting for bloods, my GP had helpfully coordinated with my hospital consultant at their request and set up via reception with a kind confirmation message from the GP as well as appointment confirmation messages. The appointment was on time, ahead of time slightly if anything and extremely friendly and swift. Please can I give a big shout out to the practice nursing team who have also assisted my family and myself via the triage system for urgent advice regarding contracting Covid and holding our hands through this. As I am clinically vulnerable and shielded I had been running from this for a long time and really appreciated the timely referral for antivirals, follow up care and that despite the pressures of demand and a busy practice, that experienced, expert help was available which was timely and meaningful. Thank you everybody X

The appointments made were by telephone, were prompt and all my questions answered clearly, succinctly, professionally and empathetically. For me telephone appointments make complete sense. Making an appointment with the surgery is easy and the queue is always short. Whiteparish surgery is always a pleasure to deal with.
